Select Variables
- Click on Data on the menu, then click on BROWSE BY DATA FOLDER and Select YEAR (2000 as example)
- Example: Choose, Census US>People and Households>Population>Total>#Population (as shown below)
- After you finish choosing variable(s), click on x, "Close the side tab to Continue" to move on to the next step.

- Another option: use SEARCH option to find out what variables are available for your topic
Select Location to Map
- Click on Locations tab on the left, type location as shown below (ie. Fairfax County, VA as your map area)
- A map will be displayed automatically (as shown below)

Add Points of Business Location (Optional)
- Click on Business tab on the right, search your business location (type "learning center") as example.
- You will see the dot locations appeared on your map.
