SimplyAnalytics: Getting Started

A guide to using the SimplyAnalytics (formally SimplyMap) database to access data related to Census and market research and to create online mapping.

Export Map

  • Click on Export on the top right corner and choose your option such as Map Image (.Jpeg).
    •  .export_image
  • Choose the Hamburger sign as shown below and Export Shapefiles to download the display data to be useful for GIS project. 
    • export_shapefile

Note: Choose a geographical unit as the smallest level as possible (such as census tracts or block group) for a community analysis mapping.

Your export file as a form of URL will be sent to you through your e-mail.

 

Export Data and Report

  • Choose Ranking on the right (based on a geography unit)
  • Choose Export> Choose, Excel, CSV or BDF to export your data
