The Command Line from Technical Foundations of Informatics by Michael Freeman and Joel Ross
- Just enough to get started, plus an introduction to help pages and troubleshooting
Bash for Beginners (Microsoft)
- A series of 20 short videos on specific topics to learn Bash
The Unix Shell (Software Carpentry)
- Good focus on basic concepts like relative paths and slashes with several exercises
Linux shell tutorial (Computer Hope)
- Assumes linux for opening the terminal, but includes lots of tips and explanations
A Command Line Crash Course (Viking Code School Prep)
- Great basic introduction that also goes into intermediate and advanced concepts
A Beginner's Guide to the Linux Command Line and Part II (TechSpot)
- Easy-to-use question-based layout plus screenshots covers all the basics

These start basic, but focus on more general programming concepts. For most tasks, the other tutorials will be more immediately relevant.

Command Line (FLOSS Manuals) - Very thorough and also addresses more advanced commands.
