Read about Companies and Industries

The Wall Street Journal is a rich source of news and information about companies and industries.

The most direct way to find news and information about a company or industry to to use the search box (indicated by an icon of a magnifying glass).  Type a company or industry name or a ticker symbol.  You can refine your search in the advanced search mode by adding a date range or other keywords.

Most large, publicly owned companies have a dedicated page on wsj.com.  The page contains links to recent news items, market data and a list of competitors.  You can locate this page by entering the company's ticker symbol in the search box.

Another way to read news about major industries is to point your cursor at the "Business" section of the main menu and click one of the 15 major industries that appear under the "Business" menu.
