In 1979, Dr. Robert Sleight, a fellow of the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society and a leader in Human Factors Engineering, donated his early collection of human factors articles to the Mason University. His collection contains materials from 48 boxes of papers on human engineering, human-machine systems, visual imputs and processes (biophysics), toxicology, physiology, and brain research from 1939-1979. The papers are housed in the Special Collections Research Center and you can access the scope and content here.
