Finding Books is often forgotten and overlooked in Higher Education! Often when considering the background, the history, the ROOT CAUSES (this will sound familiar in many a Conflict Resolution class) demands having exactly this kind of information. It doesn't really come in the classic peer-reviewed scholarly article. You find it in a BOOK. Or a book chapter at least.
The main search in ADVANCED SEARCH mode on our homepage is definitely the best place to search. It isn't easy, so it is recommended to reach out to your Librarian for assistance if it isn't working out quite the way that you planned.
