Check the congressional budget submission requests for individual agencies for Fiscal Years on the appropriations websites. Funding legislation must originate in the House of Representatives, but it's important to check the relevant subcommittees for each of these agencies within each legislative chamber's appropriations committee.
For instance, the Commodities Future Trading (CFTC) is funded, on the Senate side, by Subcommittee | Subcommittee List | Subcommittees | United States Senate Committee on Appropriations their Financial Services and General Govt. Committee. Check hearings, markups, and reports done by each committee and 3know that while the budgets are supposed to be completed by October 1 that has not happened in a long time and that Congress will have to enact continuing resolutions (CR's) to fund these agencies at existing levels to avoid a shutdown.
