Media Collections and Services Guide
A guide to researching and using the library's physical and streaming media collections.
Course Reserves: 4 hours for students; 24 hours for faculty and staff
Late fees for media items are $5 per day, with a maximum fine of $25.
Renewals
Patrons may renew Mason items 3 times (except affiliate members who may renew once). Media requested by other patrons will not be renewed. Media reserve materials are not renewable. Ways to Renew:
The Mason libraries hosts a large collection of VHS and DVDs in Fenwick Library 1B.
Simply search for a title, director, genre, or other keyterm in the Library Searchand click "submit". After that, use "Refine your Results" in the Left-hand side of the screen. Select the drop down arrow next to "Resource Type" and check videos.
There are a several thousand CDs and phonograph records available through Mason Libraries. They are part of the media collection of the MUSIC LIBRARY in Fenwick Library (2604).
Use theLibrary Searchto find specific titles and composers. Once you get your results, use the left sidebar to limit to "Resource Type: Audio Recordings."
