Getting Help with Citation Software

There are a few ways you can get help with your citation software issues:

Take a Workshop  Library staff teach regular workshops on Zotero. These workshops go over the basics and will teach you enough to get working with the tool to organize your information and citations.

View Online Tutorials The online tutorials in this guide are screencasts that show key tasks to get you up and running with the software.

Talk to Your Liaison Librarian The liaison librarian for your department knows about Zotero, and will be able to help you with your information organization needs.

Ask at the Reference Desk Staff at the reference desk at any of the four libraries can walk you through most issues you might be having with Zotero. You can come in person or call the reference desk and we will help you troubleshoot the issue.
