Find Articles

The University Libraries have both paper and electronic subscriptions to a wide variety of journals.  For the electronic subscriptions select E-Journals from the home page.  Enter the title of the journal and if owned a link will appear showing the beginning and ending dates of coverage.

Accessing the articles contained in these journals is made possible through using the suggested list of databases.

Journal Citation Reports evaluate and compare journals using citation data drawn from over scholarly and technical journals. Only source of citation data on journals, and includes virtually all areas of science, technology, and social sciences.  Before attempting to use the Journal Citation Reports please read the introductory information.

The Subject listing in the Journal Citation Reports lists 247 journal titles.  Of these 247 titles, the University Libraries has access to 227.  This link will list the top 40 journals by their impact factor.

Web of Science   Consists of the three multidisciplinary Citation Indexes covering the fields of science, social sciences and arts & humanities. It has citations and searchable author abstracts covering more than 8,570 journals.

Who’s Citing My Work (link) is designed to: 1) lead the user through the steps for locating  which articles have been indexed in the selected journals and 2) demonstrate the procedure for obtaining the number of times a particular article has been cited by other scholars.

Here are two lists of journals:
